Clean Energy Two (CE2) : Asia Rising has now successfully completed a 60% equity investment in our second alternative energy project under the company name of “Clean Energy Two Limited”. CE2 is a 9.4 MW biomass power plant located in the northern region of Thailand - the first-ever power plant in the area.
