Clean Energy Two:
Asia Rising has now successfully completed its 60% equity investment in our second alternative energy project under the company name of Clean Energy Two Limited. CE2 is a 9.9 MW biomass power plant based in Chiangrai province in the northern region of Thailand - the first-ever power plant in the area. The project is also in the process of registering as a CDM project in expectation of carbon credits (gold standard) from the U.N. with coordination with our partners.

. This project is also registered as a CDM project with the U.N. which is expected to generate the carbon credit revenue for the Fund.

Medical Tourism Fund
: Asia Rising is launching a new venture capital fund worth up to $300 million to invest in the emerging Medical-Tourism industry with particular focus on the Asia-Pacific region. The Fund plans to mainly invest to develop a new medical center in Thailand.

: Asia Rising is launching a new venture capital fund worth around $250 million to invest in the Alternative Energy industry in Thailand with particular focus on new power plants which use biomass, biogas and MSW as main fuel sources.

Serirak Hospital :
As one of our most recent achievements, Asia Rising has successfully invested in and advised a construction of a new private hospital named “Serirak Hospital” with 30% equity ownership. The new hospital is scheduled to open for business in early 2008.
